Lahore : Terrorists target Advocate Shakir Ali

According to the reports, the terrorists of the banned outfit Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan (Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat) opened fire on Advocate Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi, where he embraced martyrdom.

According to the information Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi was targeted outside Lahore High Court. According to the police, he was shot as soon as he reached outside of his office, where the terrorists opened fire on his car, resulting in an immediate death. His body has been transferred to Gangaram Hospital. In addition to the previous information, it has also been reported that the terrorists were tracing him since he left his home for Lahore High Court.

Shaheed Syed Shakir Ali Rizvi was handling the case of Ghulam Raza Shah Naqvi since 13 years.

It should be clear that this is not the first time a Shi’ite Advocate has been targeted, where the terrorists of the banned outfit have struck many other advocates previously. In the recent years, Advocate Mukhtar Bukhari, Advocate Badar Jaffri, Advocate Kafeel jaffri, Advocate Shakeel Jaffri, Advocate Salaah-ud-din Jaffri and Advocate Ali. Advocate Waqar Hussain had previously been targeted in Karachi as well.
