Karachi: Government provide Ludhyanvi the license to kill Shiites, another 6 injured
According to our correspondent, Sipah-e-Sahaba terrorists attacked Karachi’s densely Shiite populated area, Ancholi Society, with automatic weapons this afternoon.
As a result of the attack, atleast 6 Shiites were injured, including a GEO TV Reporter, Zill-e-Raza. Eye-witnesses claim the terrorists were onboard an Edhi Ambulance which they used as a shield when entering the Society. The injured have been moved to different hospitals across the city.
Sachal Rangers and a Police Station is situated within walking distance of Ancholi Society. At the time of the attack, several rangers and policemen were stationed at these buildings but none came to help.
The firing went on for several hours as the rangers and police played deaf and blind to the chaos. Finally, Shiites within the society responded to the attack, and that too with such force that the terrorists were forced to flee.
