Karachi: Asim Qaim Khani’s Shiite hatred, 2 Shiites arrested without reason
According to our correspondent 2 Shiites who had been part of Shaheed Sajid Hussain’s funeral were arrested by Captain Asim illegally. It is being said that no reason has been given for their arrests.
Captain Asim has become a sort of ‘Don’ in Karachi. He is known to have tortured innocent Shiites, arrested them without reason and realising them after the arrest has pretty much ruined their lives. He oppresses Shiites in Karachi as though there is no one to stop him.
Today, the family of Shaheed Sajid Hussain was also threatened by Captain Asim Khani. It is also worth mentioning that of all the Shiites targeted in Karachi, most of them have been killed in the area under the Captain’s responsibility. This leads us to conclude that the Captain has given terrorists of SSP and other banned extremist organizations to target Shiites in his area without fear. He is, indeed, responsible for the deaths of those innocent Shiites.
Perhaps its time for our government to check up on these questionable police officers who, instead of looking for the terrorists who killed innocent people, are arresting people attending the funeral of those martyred. The government’s silence on this matter is outrageous.
