Gilgit: Sipah-e-Sahaba open fire, 1 Shiite injured

According to our correspondent a Shiite named Mohammed Hussain was injured when Sipah-e-Sahaba’s Qazi Nisar group opened fire on him.

Mohammad Hussain s/o Ghulam Raza was targeted in Gilgit’s Basin. Eye witnesses claim there were 3 attackers armed with the latest guns and escaped towards Chilas after the attack. Hussain has suffered 3 bullet wounds to his arm and has been shifted to a nearby hospital.

Shiite attacks are on the rise in several areas of Gilgit Baltistan under supervision from the Qazi Nisar group. The government is silent.
