Cheif Justice can see everything except 18 Shia martyrs, Allama Muhammad Hassan
Skardu: The Imam of Friday Prayers Allama Muhammad Hassan Jafri said while delivering friday sermon that chief justice was not able to see Eighteen dead bodies of shia martyrs, but he took sou-motto action on an incident where young girls accused clapping in a marriage ceremony were sentenced to death in a jirga and a helicopter was sent to rescue them.
He said that he says it for sure if chief justice would have taken notice of Kohistan incident, the Chilas incident would never have occurred. Allama Muhammad Hassan criticised behaviour of Cheap Justice, as he took notice of those girls but kept a blind on the incidents which happened to shia women in the area.
Chief Justice who is acting as a cheap justice seems quiet silent on Shia killings happening round the clock. In Balochistan sou-motto action role of chief justice was quiet suspicious and in Karachi sou-motto action he was negligent although al details were provided.
